A Washington-based physician faces multiple charges from the Iowa Board of Medicine.
The board announced this week that 57-year-old Lynette Iles, an Iowa licensed physician who practices family medicine, was issued a statement of charges alleging that she engaged in professional incompetency, failed to comply with a board subpoena, and failed to comply with a board investigation. A disciplinary hearing has been scheduled for August 19th. Iles has faced disciplinary action from the state board previously, and her license is currently set to expire in 2022.
