Three Winfield-Mt. Union baseball players received postseason recognition from the Southeast Iowa Super Conference being named to all conference teams.
Nick Crow highlighted the selections being on the second team in the north division as an infielder. The junior collected a .348 on base percentage, brought in nine tallies, scored six runs, and was the team’s top pitcher with a 5.70 ERA in 27 innings of work. Jacob Ford and Andrew Brown were in as honorable mention. Ford led the Wolves with a .345 batting average, recorded 12 RBI, was successful on 16 of 18 stolen bases, and had a 7.07 ERA on the hill in 35 frames. Brown registered a .392 OBP, hauled in nine runs, and stole 10 bags.
WMU finished eighth in the division with a 2-18 league mark and 2-23 overall.
