A section of the Kewash Trail will soon be closed for construction.

Starting August 16th construction will pick up where phase one left off in 2018, paving the trail west of Highway 1. The east end closure will start near Willow Pond and the west end at the Crooked Creek Bridge. Construction is scheduled to go until Spring 2022 with MSA Professional Services Inc. and DeLong Construction Inc. working in partnership with Washington County Conservation. The conservation board states that during this time of construction they intend to take every precaution necessary to protect the tree canopy on this section of the trail.
