The person involved in a fatal all-terrain vehicle incident earlier this month has been identified.

KCII previously reported that on August 17th the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a phone call of a wreck near the area of Jewel Avenue and Salem Road. Deputies responded to the private property where 84-year-old Adrian Box of Salem was located. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Iowa State Patrol, Salem First Responders, and Henry County Ambulance assisted at the scene.
