A Washington woman who was arrested last month for felony assault of a law enforcement officer was arrested last week for other charges.
At 11:39 a.m. September 3rd, the Washington Police Department arrested 25-year-old Rocio Gutierrez for a Washington County warrant for pretrial violation on original charges of first degree burglary, a class B felony, and second-degree criminal mischief and domestic abuse assault third or subsequent offense, both class D felonies. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Gutierrez was previously arrested during a traffic stop on August 27th for assault on persons in certain occupations with intent of injury, a class D felony, interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor, driving with a suspended license, speeding, and no proof of insurance.
