Three teenagers have been injured in a single vehicle wreck southeast of Washington Friday.
The Iowa State Patrol states that at about 1:57 p.m. a 15-year-old was driving a Ford F250 pickup truck westbound on 285th Street west of Quince Avenue when they lost control on the gravel road and went into the south ditch rolling several times. The driver and the passengers were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and were all ejected from the vehicle. Two people were transported by Washington County Ambulance Service and one person was transported by AirCare to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The incident remains under investigation. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office also assisted at the scene. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
