Funeral services for 82-year-old Roger N. Frakes of Ollie will be at 10:30a.m. Saturday, September 25th at Richland City Park. Military Honors will be provided by Richland American Legion Post No. 504. Memorials to the Patriot Guard Riders may be left at the church or mailed to the Richland United Methodist Church. Gould Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
