Washington youth can make some feathered friends at the Washington Public Library’s next “FriYaY” Funday early out event.
The Raptor Advocacy Rehabilitation and Education (RARE) group of Iowa City will be bringing daytime and nighttime raptors to educate kids on the similarities and differences of the birds. This event is sponsored by Hills Bank and takes place from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Friday at Central Park. The third and final early out event will be held on October 15th with some fall activities in store.
