A Brighton man was arrested Friday for violating his parole.
The Washington County Communications Center was informed at 12:13 p.m. that the Henry County Sheriff’s Office had 30-year-old Michael James Carpenter in custody on a Washington County warrant. He was transported to the Washington County Jail on a $40,000 cash or surety bond.
