Columbus High School students are ready to hop through the decades for homecoming 2021.

The celebration starts tomorrow with coronation at 4 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. This year’s court includes Libby White, Juvixsa Valdez, Maggie Sanchez, Julissa Solis, Elena Landa, Freddy Vergara, Marco Martinez, Andy Gonzalez, Mason Hills-Carrier and Gerry Orozco. Students will come to class throughout the week dressed in their class colors, twin outfits, beach apparel, throwback Thursday outfit and school spirit attire. Events during the week include a “rough ‘n tough”volleyball game Tuesday, powderpuff flag football game Wednesday, and a school pep rally at 12:40 p.m. Friday with a parade to follow. The Wildcats are set to take on the North Cedar Knights at 7 p.m. for the varsity football game. Saturday will close out homecoming week with a high school dance from 8-11 p.m.
