The 2021 Columbus homecoming king and queen now reign over homecoming week.

Coronation was held Sunday night where Libby White was crowned as queen and Freddy Vergara as king. Rounding out this year’s court is Juvixsa Valdez, Maggie Sanchez, Julissa Solis, Elena Landa, Marco Martinez, Andy Gonzalez, Mason Hills-Carrier and Gerry Orozco. Festivities for the remainder of the week include the “rough ‘n tough” volleyball game today and powderpuff flag football game tomorrow. Friday will amp up the school spirit with a pep rally at 12:40 p.m. and parade to follow. The Wildcats will take on the North Cedar Knights at 7 p.m. for the varsity football game. Saturday will bring homecoming to a close with a high school dance from 8-11 p.m.
