A Tiffin woman was arrested on a Washington County warrant Wednesday.

The Washington County Communications Center states that Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies located 44-year-old Cynthia Ann Wooldridge at about 9:30 p.m. near Iowa City. Wooldridge was arrested on local warrants for possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, hemp inhalation and unlawful possession of a prescription drug, both serious misdemeanors, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Bond was set at $7,300 cash only, and extradition arrangements will be made with Johnson County. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
