Road closures are expected to begin today for patching of deteriorated pavement on a couple Washington County roads.
The Washington County Engineer’s Office states that Cedar Falls Construction Co. is the contractor for work being done on Ginkgo Avenue, or County Road W38 and 190th Street, or County Road G26. The work will reduce traffic to one lane in work areas for periods of time and is expected to take two to three weeks, weather permitting. Drivers are encouraged to use caution in construction zones and pay attention to roadway signage. Questions about the project can be directed to the engineer’s office at (319) 653-7731.
