Funeral services for 17-year-old Jaicey A. Miller of Wayland will be at 10a.m. Friday, October 29th at the WACO High School gymnasium. Visitation will be Thursday, October 28th from 2-7p.m. at Bethel Church. Memorials in her name may be designated to the Washington Library or WACO Schools.
