A homeless woman was arrested for a second report of probation violations Friday.

The Washington County Communications Center states at about 3:16 p.m. that the Washington Police Department arrested 28-year-old Nikita Renee Jones on a local warrant for violation of probation on original charges of identity theft over $1,000, and forgery, both class D felonies, from a February 12th, 2019 incident. Jones was given a deferred judgment for identity theft to serve three years of probation. She was found guilty of violating her probation on September 25th, 2020 and was placed in a residential treatment facility. Bond was set at $8,000 cash only.
