A Washington man was recently sentenced for multiple criminal cases.
Court records show that 26-year-old Christopher Nathaniel Holt was recently found guilty of violating his probation on a May 21st conviction of possession with intent to deliver 100 grams or less of cocaine, a class C felony, a class D felony drug charge, and operating while under the influence, a serious misdemeanor. Holt was ordered to serve 45 days in the Washington County Jail with credit for time served since his arrest on the violation. He shall continue on probation with an increase from Level 4 to Level 5 supervision. He must also pay category B restitution.
In a separate case Holt pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief, a serious misdemeanor, and a count of domestic abuse assault first offense was dismissed. He was ordered to pay a $430 fine. Holt was arrested on August 28th when the Washington County Communications Center received a call from someone alleging that a suspect broke their car window with a rock near the intersection of North 2nd Avenue and East 3rd Street.
