Probation was ordered for a Minnesota man that was originally arrested on felony eluding and criminal mischief charges in Henry County.

Court records show that 23-year-old Keoone Dwayne Walls was given a deferred judgment on second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony. Walls was found guilty of disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. The court dismissed charges of eluding causing injury, operating while intoxicated or while participating in a felony, a class D felony, hemp inhalation, a serious misdemeanor, and interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor. Walls was placed on five years probation and ordered to pay $1,130 in fines. Six traffic violations were dismissed.

The charges stemmed from a June incident. Walls committed several traffic and criminal violations while trying to evade Henry County Sheriff’s deputies. His vehicle eventually crashed along with two Henry County Sheriff’s Office squad units. Walls and a passenger fled on foot and were later arrested. Damage to property and the vehicle estimated over $10,000.
