There was no shortage of representation for the Winfield-Mt. Union volleyball team on the all conference list this fall with six players recently recognized by the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.

No squad in the North division had more first team selections than the Wolves’ four including Bradie Buffington as a hitter, Keely Malone as a setter, libero Keetyn Townsley, and defensive specialist Carlee Sloan. Buffington had the fourth most kills in the league with 192 and was second in blocks with 46. Malone finished first in assists with 526 and she also registered 45 aces. Townsley was number one in the north in digs with 458 and her 53 aces ranked third. Sloan was successful on 99% of her serves and managed 159 digs. Melina Oepping was named to the second team as a hitter. The junior finished with 157 kills and 207 digs. Morgan Grelk was the lone honorable mention selection and the senior recorded 79 kills.

WMU finished 22-11 overall, their second consecutive 20 win campaign. They were second in the division with a 7-1 league mark.
