An Ottumwa man was arrested on a Washington County warrant Tuesday.

The Washington County Communications Center received reports from Wapello County of a subject in their jail wanted on a local warrant. Nineteen-year-old Javier Camacho Gonzalez faces charges of sexual exploitation of a minor with cause to engage in act and lascivious acts with a child – solicitation, both class C felonies. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only and extradition arrangements will be made with Wapello County. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
