Memorial mass for 90-year-old Richard V. Weber of Harper will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Holy Trinity Parish – St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota.  Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries – St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.
