Agencies responded to a semi truck that rolled in Jefferson County Tuesday.
Iowa State Patrol reports at about 1:30 p.m., 39-year-old Johnnie Meling of Indianola was driving a 2016 Volvo Semi westbound on the Highway 34 ramp to Osage Avenue when he failed to negotiate a long gradual curve. The semi drove off of the roadway and onto the shoulder, and then rolled onto its passenger side, blocking both westbound lanes of Highway 34. The semi was towed from the scene, and no injuries were reported. Iowa Department of Transportation and Fairfield agencies responded.
