Celebration of Life Service for 79-year-old James Lee Waterhouse will be 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 30th at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 7 pm at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. A general memorial has been established.
