A Washington man was arrested Thursday for an incident that occurred earlier this week.
The Washington County Communications Center states that Washington police officers were called to the 100 block of North 2nd Avenue at 12:36 a.m. for a report of loud neighbors. Officers then arrested 24-year-old Samuel Smith on a local warrant for first-degree harassment, an aggravated misdemeanor, with bond set at $2,000. Smith was also arrested for domestic abuse assault. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic call in the 300 block of South Farmer Street in Brighton on November 27th, during which they were unable to locate Smith. No bond was set for the charge. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
