A sixteen-year-old Fairfield resident charged with killing Spanish teacher Nohema Graber has motioned to be tried in juvenile court.

Court records show Willard Noble Chaiden Miller filed to be moved to juvenile court, which was then resisted by County Attorney Chauncey Moulding. Miller and 16-year-old Jeremy Everett Goodale remain in custody on a $1 million bond. They are both charged with first-degree murder, a class A felony, and conspiracy to commit a forcible felony, a class C felony, for the November 2nd death of Graber. A pretrial conference is scheduled for them both on March 21st with a jury trial beginning April 19th. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
