Two juveniles are facing drug charges following a vehicle crash in Brighton Sunday.

The Washington County Communications Center received reports at approximately 11:25 p.m. of a driver rolling their vehicle at the intersection of Highway 1 and 315th Street. Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies, Brighton Fire and QRS and Moore’s Towing responded to the scene. No medical transports were needed. One juvenile subject was transported home and the other was picked up from the scene. Pending charges for the juvenile driver include possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated, per Division of Criminal Investigation  lab results, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The second juvenile is facing a pending charge of possession of a controlled substance.
