A Washington man was recently pleaded guilty to probation violation in Louisa County.

Court documents show that 21-year-old Jeremy Weaver was found in contempt of court for probation violations on a deferred judgment for third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Weaver is ordered to serve a 10-day jail sentence and will retain the deferred judgment.

Last August the Washington Police Department arrested Weaver for violating his probation. Weaver was in possession of prescription drugs at the time of the arrest, and he was charged in Washington County with unlawful possession of a prescription drug, a serious misdemeanor. He was later arrested in Washington County for driving while license is revoked, a serious misdemeanor, and interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor.
