A Davenport man was arrested on a Washington County warrant in Osceola Monday.

The Washington County Communications Center was informed at about 3:35 p.m. of law enforcement locating 72-year-old James Kenneth McMeekin. He was arrested on charges of first-degree harassment and impersonating a public official, both aggravated misdemeanors, and trespassing, a simple misdemeanor. McMeekin posted the $4,300 bond.
