Bowling meets don’t get much closer than the one at Keokuk County Bowl on Saturday with both Sigourney-Keota teams dropping nail biters to Norwalk. 

The Cobra boys were seven pins shy from victory falling 2,555 to 2,548 pins. Brock Alderson had the top score of 395 including a high game of 237. Landyn Greiner tallied a 380, Ty Krueger 341, Seth Donald 315, and Gable Goff 261. The girls missed out on a win by 23 pins losing 2,006 to 1,983. Hannah Alderson had a two-game series of 312 including a high game of 174. Other Cobra scores included Jayden Montgomery 309, Samantha Bombei 282, Addison Richardson 244, and Sofya Lobzova 222. 

S-K boys are now 4-3 on the season with the girls dropping to 1-6. They get back on the lanes Saturday hosting Pella Christian.
