The WACO Warriors wrapped up the home portion of their schedule and the regular season Thursday hosting Mediapolis and Burlington Notre Dame in a Southeast Iowa Superconference wrestling triangular. The Warriors pounded the Bulldogs 60-24. Wins for WACO in contested matches came from Gage Samo at 106lbs by fall, Louden Huisenga at 152lbs by fall, and Jonah Clark at 285lbs by fall.

The Nikes beat the Warriors 53-27. Contested match wins for the Warriors came from Huisenga at 152lbs by fall, John Rice at 220lbs by fall and Jonah Clark at 285lbs by fall. After the split, WACO ends the season with an 18-7 dual record. They will participate next in Saturday’s Superconference tournament at Mediapolis.
