A Mount Pleasant man already facing felony charges in Washington County was arrested in Brighton Sunday.

The Washington County Communications Center states a Washington County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a vehicle stop at 11:25 a.m. in the 600 block of West Fountain Street. Forty-four year-old Heath Michael Krabill was then arrested on three counts of possession of methamphetamine third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, driving under revocation, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Krabill was also cited for no insurance, driving a non-registered vehicle, and unlawful use of a license.

He also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense and serious injury by vehicle, both class D felonies, and assault on persons in certain occupations and operating while under the influence first offense, both serious misdemeanors, for a September 1, 2020 incident.
