Saturday, the Burlington Grayhound bowling team sent their seniors out as winners with a sweep of the Washington Demon boys and girls at KingPins. Burlington took the boys match 2833 to 2438. The Demons Ethan Zieglowsky posted the top individual day for either team, with the senior rolling a 470 series, with a high game 248. Other Washington scores included Quentin Howard 372, Caleb Zieglowski 352. Cole Anderson 284, and Ismet Adurahimer 197.
The Demon girls dropped the team battle with Burlington 1819 to 1062. Burlington’s Katelyn Ott had the high series for either side with a 280. The Demons were led by Tatum Patterson’s 258 series. Leigha Heisdorffer rolled a 257 and Emma Chenowith a 218 for Washington.
