Two drivers were cited after a vehicle collision in Washington Monday evening.

The Washington County Communications Center received a call of a broadside incident at 5:21 p.m. at the intersection of South 4th Avenue and East Main Street. One person was transported to Washington County Hospital and Clinics. Erica Rangel of Washington was cited for driving while barred and Alexis Sheppard of Washington was cited for failure to obey a stop sign. Washington County Ambulance Service, Washington Fire and EMS, Washington County Rescue, and Washington Police Department responded to the scene.
