Discounts on around $150,000 worth of goods and services will be offered during KCII’s Spring Home Shopping Extravaganza taking the airwaves next week.

Over 125 businesses are partnering with KCII to sell a variety of items and gift certificates with discounts ranging from 40-60% off regular price. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols reminds listeners of a change that was made during the fall home shopping extravaganza. When you call in to make a purchase, you’ll first be asked off the air to give your name and phone number, that way you don’t have to wait for a call from KCII to confirm your purchases afterwards, “Since we’re doing that off the air ahead of time, we just build the folder with your items in it and just make sure it’s ready for you. It smoothed the process out on our side and it helped with the actual pickup, making sure we have everything ready to go for that Friday.”

The home shopping extravaganza will be on air from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, February 22nd through Thursday, February 24th with a bonus hour from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday. Callers can pick up their items from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, February 24th and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, February 25th.
