A 17-year-old Washington resident who was arrested last October on a felony assault charge was arrested for additional offenses Saturday.

The Washington County Communications Center states at 11:26 a.m. the Washington Police Department arrested Michael Quintin Ray Miller on a warrant for use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime, an aggravated misdemeanor, making firearms available to a minor, a serious misdemeanor, and fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor. Bond was set at $2,500 cash only. Miller already faces a class C felony charge of willful injury causing serious injury for an October 2nd incident. The criminal complaint shows Miller got into a physical altercation, threatened to kill the victim, and with another suspect he knocked the victim to the ground and punched him multiple times, breaking multiple teeth in the victim’s mouth.
