This week, Mid-Prairie head coach Danny Hershberger talked about his team’s keys for success Wednesday. “The biggest thing for us is to continue communicating on defense and make sure we’re getting our rotations right. Offensively our ball movement was key (in the first round) to find the open girl. We need to work it inside-out. When we do those things, we can be very successful.”

The winner of tonight’s contest moves on to Saturday’s 3A Regional Final, one win shy of the state tournament in Des Moines. Due to the threat of weather, game time has been moved to 5p.m. We’ll have all of the action for you live on AM 1380, FM 102.5 and KCIIradio.com, beginning with the Washington HyVee Pregame Show at 4:30p.m.
