Four area wrestlers finished their season on the podium in the 2022 boys state wrestling tournament. 

WACO’s Jonah Clark went 3-1 on the weekend and finished as runner-up in class 1A at 220lbs. Columbus-Winfield-Mt. Union’s Lane Scorpil finished the weekend 3-2 and took home fourth place at 120lbs in class 2A. Two Sigourney-Keota wrestlers each finished in sixth place in class 1A. Cade Molyneux at 160lbs went 3-3 with teammate Connor Reed at 220lbs also finishing the weekend 3-3. Listen to KCII sports for more details.
