A Washington man was arrested Tuesday for violating his probation on original charges of possession with intent to deliver less than five grams of methamphetamine, a class C felony.
The Washington Police Department arrested 41-year-old Daymun Roger Schadt who was serving five years probation. Court documents show that since then he has been arrested twice for two counts of fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor, and possession of methamphetamine first offense, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Bond was set at $20,000. A 10-year-prison sentence was suspended for Schadt last November while charges of possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, and violation of a no contact order and possession of drug paraphernalia, both simple misdemeanors, were dismissed.
