The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved a proposed housing subdivision in rural Riverside Tuesday.
A public hearing was held for the minor plat application in Saddlewood Estates located on the west side of Vine Avenue about a half mile south of 140th Street. The property owners Robert and Lois Schneider seek to take their approximate 10 acre lot in the already existing subdivision and divide it into four lots for new residences. County Engineer and Subdivision Coordinator Jacob Thorius informed that all subdivision requirements have been met by the applicant and he has received confirmation that the Architectural Control Committee of Saddlewood Estates approved the plans.
