The Washington City Council will consider awarding a bid for an electric vehicle charging station and associated electrical work during their regular meeting Tuesday.

The council will also consider resolutions endorsing applications for Iowa Department of Natural Resources – Land and Water Conservation Fund and Alliant Energy Impact grants for the Wellness Park, and to the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs Great Places program. The agenda also includes a presentation of the fiscal year 2021 city audit, a resolution setting the public hearing for the fiscal year 2023 budget, discussion and consideration of electrical work at the Wellness Park, and discussion and possible action on Yard Waste Center hours.

The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
