An Ainsworth man was arrested on felony drug warrants Saturday.
Court documents show 50-year-old Robert Joseph Creamer is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. The charges stem from a December 5, 2021 incident. A Washington police officer performed a vehicle stop for a traffic violation at the intersection of North 3rd Avenue and East 15th Street. Creamer was in the passenger seat and upon a consent search of the vehicle glass pipes containing white residue and a green leafy substance were located. The items later tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana. Bond was set at $10,300 and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office has additional controlled substance charges pending lab results. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
