Those who missed the KCII Home Shopping Extravaganza this February are in luck.

Listeners have one last opportunity to find savings on summer activities, dining, boutiques, and more during the Home Shopping: Spring into Savings Event next week. For one day only KCII will be opening the phone lines for people to call in and purchase gift certificates and items from a variety of Iowa businesses and organizations for at least 50% off. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says there are over 80 businesses to shop from, “Since we had a lot of great items still available we thought hey, let’s give some people an opportunity to maybe have one more chance at this at a good, discounted price. I know I ran into several people after the last event saying we missed it or we were out of town or we didn’t have a chance to participate. So we don’t always do it, but every once in a while we come back and have a special event and we’re going to do that.”

Home Shopping: Spring into Savings will be on air from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Wednesday March 23rd with pickup from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday the 25th and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday the 26th.
