A co defendant in an October 2nd felony assault was arrested for revocation of his pretrial release Wednesday.

The Washington County Communications Center states 17-year-old Michael Quintin Ray Miller of Washington was taken into custody for an original charge of willful injury causing serious injury, a class C felony. A report from the Department of Correctional Services shows on February 13th Miller was arrested for use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime, making firearms available to a minor and fifth-degree theft. He’s being held on a $20,000 cash-only bond. Miller’s class C felony charge stems from an incident in which he and 17-year-old Jaden Zavier Miller allegedly got into a physical altercation with a victim who they threatened to kill and punched multiple times in the face breaking multiple teeth in the victim’s mouth. Jaden Miller was moved from juvenile detention to the Washington County Jail Tuesday, and is also charged with class B felonies for attempted murder and robbery.
