A Fairfield man was arrested for pretrial violations on a felony domestic abuse charge in Washington County.

Court documents show 31-year-old Bryce Allen Gaylord was arrested Monday for revocation of pretrial release on an original charge of domestic abuse third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, for an October 20, 2021 incident. Bond was set at $40,000 cash only. A warrant was issued for his arrest as he was arrested on March 11th for violation of a no contact order placed to protect his victim, and he failed to attend or reschedule a monthly meeting at the probation office on March 3rd. Gaylord was previously arrested in January following a vehicle pursuit through Jefferson and Washington counties. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
