One devoted KCII listener is $1,500 richer thanks to the annual “Radio Active” Bingo Contest.

Alice Hochstetler of Crawfordsville was announced the grand prize winner Friday. KCII caught her reaction to the news, “Oh my goodness, that is wonderful!”

Hochstetler looks forward to making some repairs around her home with the winnings. The Radio Active Bingo contest lasted from January 14th through March 6th. Thousands of bingo cards were submitted for which participants had to match up the ads they heard on KCII with the corresponding spaces on five different cards. Each week during the contest 10 qualified cards were drawn for a chance at the grand prize and one weekly qualifier won $50 cash. The one to count on for great giveaways is AM and FM KCII.
