Family will be present to celebrate the life of 48-year-old Charles Albert “Manson” Miller Jr. of Brighton from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30th at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Private family interment will take place at a later date. A general memorial has been established.
