A detainer was placed for pretrial release revocation for a Fairfield man charged in Washington County.

Thirty-seven year-old Spencer Wallace Bright was originally arrested on December 10th last year for trespassing at a business located at 3184 Highway 22 in Riverside. Agencies responded and he was charged with first-degree burglary, a class B felony, disarming a peace officer and assault while participating in a felony, both class D felonies, assault on persons in certain occupations causing bodily injury, an aggravated misdemeanor, and interference with official acts causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor. A warrant for pretrial release violations was then issued this week as Bright was arrested on March 23rd for possession of methamphetamine, resisting a peace officer, and aggravated battery in Henderson County, Illinois.
