The clock is winding down to the ninth annual Kewash Half Marathon, 10K and 5K this Saturday in Washington.

Last year’s race saw its largest ever attendance with over 630 runners from across 18 states taking part in the event that is giving back this year to the Washington High School baseball, track, and cross country programs, YMCA of Washington County, and the Girls on the Run and Let Me Run youth programs. Online registration ends at midnight Wednesday, though you can register at the YMCA through Friday and from 6-7:30 a.m. race day. Packet pickup is from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Washington YMCA and from 6-7:50 a.m. race day. The runners will take off at 8 a.m., and KCII will provide the soundtrack at Sunset Park, playing music and broadcasting live from 7-9 a.m. from the Big Red Radio.
