An additional arrest warrant was served for an 18-year-old in custody at the Washington County Jail.

The Washington County Communications Center states Michael Quintin Ray Miller of Washington is charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a class D felony. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only. Miller already faces charges of willful injury causing serious injury, a class C felony, trafficking in stolen weapons first offense, a class D felony, and minor armed with a dangerous weapon and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, both serious misdemeanors. He was arrested this March for violation of his pretrial release on the willful injury charge to be held on a $20,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
