Results have returned for source water testing done in 2021 in both the City of Kalona and Southtown Area development. Both regions have groundwater as their source of water. Kalona and Southtown were compliant in all of their testing done by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Samples from each were tested for total trihalomethanes, haloacetic acids, chlorine and sodium.
