Private family services for 87-year-old Keith Duane Fisher of rural West Chester will be held at a later date. Military honors will be accorded by Washington American Legion Post 29 at a later date. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or the West Chester United Methodist Church. The Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
